Full Time Field Technician Hired

JD Hilmes has joined Rough Riders Communications. JD recently completed an Army enlistment and brings several years of expereince with satellite communications and networking.

Built To Last Giving Meaning to Industrial Our engineers designed this system from the ground up with the harsh environment our customers have, i.e. not that suitable for home use. Our design team took into consideration the typical abuse as seen in the oilfield, i.e. dust, vibration, and temperature.

With a composite and enclosed design, problems caused by dust are gone. Our component mounts and equipment housing were vibration tested beyond 3g’s. Every component used in our system can withstand the industrial temperature range from –40 oF to +185 oF. Meanwhile, every connection to our system were designed to eradicate any problems in the field. Connection to our system is mistake-proof.
